The Danelectro Surf and Turf DJ-9 is a a straight forward compressor pedal that can dampen the peak signals and boost the quieter signals.
You can adjust the output level either louder for some boost, equal for compression only, or quieter.
The sensitivity knob controls the amount of compression. Truly a no-nonsense compressor!
Operates with either a standard 9-volt DC barrel type negative center power adapter or a standard 9-volt battery.
